A very hard day…

It seemed to us that we had already gotten used to everything, but today was once again terrifying. Not for ourselves, but for the children and parents at Okhmatdyt, for the doctors… Pain and tears, prayers to God, but despite this, we baked bread as planned and also made sandwiches with our bread for those who spent the whole day clearing the debris in the heat. We also baked buns for them.

Today, once again, our bakery (we are in the basement) was full of people who had nowhere else to hide during the shelling. Near Okhmatdyt, despite the pain and tears, there was an atmosphere of blessed self-sacrifice, which impressed us once again.

We brought water and food, cleared the debris, donated blood, encouraged each other, and prayed 💔😭🙏. This is how July 8, the 866th day of this terrible war in Ukraine, will go down in history 💔.

Thank you, “IMOCE” mission, Anatoliy Petrovych, and all our friends 🙏. May the Lord reward you a hundredfold 🙏.
