Supporting missionaries in Kenya
New Year Greetings from Kenya
Dear friends,
Happy New Year! I want to take a moment to express my heartfelt gratitude for your unwavering support of me and our ministry in Kenya over the years.
The past 1.5 weeks have been a whirlwind of activity as we prepared for the new school year, which begins on January 7th in Kenya. Together with our team, we’ve been working tirelessly to ensure that over 500 students are ready for their studies. This has involved conducting individual interviews, recording their needs, and purchasing the necessary supplies. We’ve also been addressing administrative matters and resolving documentation issues for the school.
We are deeply grateful to God for giving us the opportunity to assist our community, even in small ways, so that children can receive an education and a chance for a brighter future.
Of course, our other social assistance projects continue as well. We firmly believe that the church should always extend a helping hand and stand alongside people in their struggles. That’s why we remain committed to feeding the hungry, providing medications, clothing, and even housing—although these “rooms” are often very modest by any standard.
On behalf of our entire team, we extend our New Year greetings and heartfelt thanks for the incredible support and generosity of the IMOC mission!
You may think of us as heroes, but we see you as extraordinary people. With immense faith and trust, you support missionaries you have never met in person.
May the Lord Jesus Christ pour abundant blessings into your lives!
With respect and gratitude,
Vlada Sydorchuk
