Missionary Work in Ukraine: Serving the People with Hope and Support
Greetings, friends! Ukraine is connecting with you, and we give all glory to Jesus Christ, for we are alive, able to work, rejoice, and move forward! We are deeply grateful for your support, and today, we want to share with you the work our missionaries are doing in Ukraine, especially the impact they are making in the lives of children and families.
In the Volyn region, specifically in the city of Kovel, a new English language club has been established for children involved in the “Children of Victory” project. This project serves children who have lost their parents, heroes who sacrificed their lives defending Ukraine. With God’s help and your generous support, these children will have the opportunity to travel to the United States this June for a life-changing experience. We are so thankful to everyone who continues to support this meaningful initiative.
Our mission does not stop here; we are also actively working in the Happy Time Youth Spaces. In this ministry, we focus on providing essential support to teens, guiding them in their spiritual, emotional, and developmental growth. The work with adolescents is multi-faceted, covering several important aspects:
Spiritual Support: Helping teens find purpose and meaning in Jesus Christ, fostering values, and offering a source of strength in difficult moments.
Psychological Support: Providing emotional health care, working through trauma, and navigating the challenges that come with adolescence.
Developmental Support: Creating opportunities for education, personal growth, and realizing each individual’s potential.
Additionally, our mission continues to meet urgent needs in the community. Many people reach out for help, asking for essentials like diapers and food, especially the elderly, people with disabilities, and single mothers who face even greater hardships during this time. We are committed to supporting them, offering not only material assistance but also spiritual and emotional care.
Our efforts also extend to supporting our brave soldiers. Through our German partners, we were able to purchase and deliver crucial items such as tourniquets and protective eyewear. This is just a small part of the continued effort to equip and stand by those defending our country.
We want to express our deepest gratitude to each and every person who stands with us—who prays, helps, and sacrifices for the cause. Your kindness makes a significant difference, and we pray that God’s mercy and blessings are upon you always.
As we continue our work, we remain steadfast in our faith, knowing that with God’s grace, we can face any challenge and continue to bring hope and healing to those in need. Thank you for being part of this mission. Together, we are making a lasting impact in the lives of children, families, and communities across Ukraine.
