Greetings from Kisumu from the Onguko family.

We’ve had a very busy few weeks and I haven’t been able to get in touch. …Since the last time, we have been preparing and had the opportunity to host the IMOSE team at our place in Pokot, and we want to thank you very much for visiting us!

The team held a medical clinic for our two churches and also a children’s camp ‘Happy time’. The children were very satisfied with the entertainment, and even sometimes they were shocked and did not know how to react because they saw and did many things for the first time in their lives!

During the camp, we fed everyone with lunch. So many people are starving in this part of Kenya right now because of the droughts, so they really appreciate every opportunity to eat.

The pastor ended our day with a short word from the Gospel, several missionaries also encouraged our community.

And I want to thank the IMOSE group and everyone who supports us by buying us a trampoline, popcorn, and a cotton candy machine so that we can continue to delight our children and teach them to walk in God’s ways.

Also, a huge thank you for the generator that was left for us and to everyone who helped us buy a bigger water tank. This will serve as a great blessing for the further planting of churches during construction!
