Hello from Jennifer in Kitale, Kenya, Our Kids in Africa Mission.

This week started out with wonderful news, the beginning of the drilling of a well on our future elementary school property! This is much needed, as the well we currently have been providing enough water for all our ministries and local population anymore. This well will be a huge blessing to many! Clean water around here is not easy to come by.

Every Sunday I lead a Bible study for our church’s youth home group leaders. We discuss the Word of God and the leaders get prepared to share the lesson with their own home groups.

At school the students are learning as usual and they are fed nourishing snacks and meals by our wonderful cook. This month they are memorizing all the fruits of the Holy Spirit. With the upcoming IMOCE mission team coming soon to visit and serve in Kenya, I have a lot of planning to do with the teachers to make sure school runs smoothly even if I’m not there and serving elsewhere.
