He Is Risen! Bringing Healing and Hope to Chesitia Village
Christ is Risen! He is Risen Indeed!
This Easter season, we are filled with gratitude and joy as we witness the transforming power of the Gospel — not only in words, but in action.
On April 17, just days before Resurrection Sunday, Mission Okafrica in Kitale, Kenya, in partnership with IMOC (International Ministry Of Charity) and Emish Market, held a mobile medical and Dudu clinic in Chesitia village. Hosted by a local church, this outreach brought life-changing care to the community.
A local doctor attended to nearly 300 people, offering free consultations and distributing essential medications at no cost. For many, this was the first time in years they received medical attention — a tangible expression of God’s love and compassion.
In the same day, we conducted preventive health education focused on Jigger (Dudu) infestations, teaching the community how to protect themselves and care for affected individuals. Over 150 children suffering from Jigger infestations were treated, cleaned, and given soap and protective footwear to support healing and prevent re-infestation.
The Gospel in Action: 36 Clinics and Counting
This was our 36th mobile clinic, and we are in awe of what the Lord has done. Every outreach brings not only physical healing but also the message of Jesus Christ, our risen Savior. These clinics have opened doors to minister the Gospel where churches are few and healthcare is scarce.
We believe this is only the beginning — and we remain committed to reaching even more villages with both medicine and the Good News.
Thank You from the Heart
We extend our deepest thanks to IMOC, Emish Market, and every prayerful and generous partner who made this outreach possible. Your support is changing lives and making the name of Jesus known in places the world often overlooks.
May the Lord bless you richly.
Together, we are healing bodies and touching hearts — all in the name of the Risen Christ.
With love and gratitude,
Mission Okafrica, Kitale, Kenya
