Growing in Faith Together
In recent weeks, our discipleship journey has continued to grow stronger. We are planning to begin another group soon, and Sharon — one of our devoted leaders who serves alongside me — is also preparing to start her own discipleship group for teens.
Our youth ministries have been especially powerful lately. We’ve been reflecting deeply on the sacrifice and the cross of Jesus. During one of our gatherings, we discussed what Christ truly did for us — not only that He died for our sins, but that we were crucified together with Him. To make this more personal, we divided into small groups where everyone could ask questions and share their thoughts openly.
We also explored what physically happened to Jesus during the crucifixion. It was a deeply moving experience. We talked about His humanity — that He felt pain, sorrow, and exhaustion — and read through medical evidence from The Case for Christ to better understand the immense suffering He endured. Many of our young adults were deeply touched; for some, it was the first time they had grasped the reality of what happened on the cross.
We concluded the evening with a visual illustration, worship, and holy communion — a truly sacred moment for everyone present.
Throughout the week, we continue to spend time with our Year for God Bible students — studying, preparing lessons, and hosting guests. Alongside this, we remain available to help with medical aid whenever it’s needed.
This is Levis, a sweet boy whose foot was infected after being pricked by poisonous thorns and bushes. And David, a man whose leg had been amputated, recently faced serious health challenges — but thank God, he is now recovering well.
I want to sincerely thank each of you for your support and trust in my missionary work. Your kindness makes it possible for us to serve in God’s Kingdom — to disciple, to teach, to bring healing, and to share Christ’s love in action.
May God bless you and your ministries abundantly!
