This month, students at Victoria School completed their end-of-year exams. It was a true joy to see how confidently they expressed everything they had learned throughout the year — demonstrating real understanding and growth in their studies.

After the exams, each child received their report card: 85% of the students achieved excellent results. Around 15% faced lower scores, mostly due to recurring malaria and the long walking distance to school — daily journeys that can be exhausting and affect their ability to keep up with lessons.

We thank God for the continued growth and stability of both our teaching team and the number of students. Despite the challenges, the school remains a place where children not only gain knowledge but also experience genuine care and encouragement.

The school is now on holiday, though exams are still being finalized. We are deeply grateful to everyone who supports children’s education in Turkana. Your faithfulness helps the school remain a place of hope, where every child can grow, discover their potential, and receive education despite the difficulties.

Your support is an investment in the future — of these children and of the entire Turkana region.
