On September 9, the mission Okafrica in Kitale, Kenya, held an unforgettable day of ministry in Bondeni settlement at Lungai School. Thanks to the support of mission sponsors through IMOC and Emish Market, hundreds of lives were touched with both the Gospel and practical care.

Almost 900 children gathered to hear the Good News and experience God’s love in action. Together with the youth from a local church, the team organized a Happy Time outreach filled with Bible lessons, crafts, games, popcorn, cotton candy, inflatable slides, and laughter. For many children, this was not just entertainment—it was a glimpse of God’s joy and care for them.

The day also brought medical care to 250 people. While doctors treated physical needs, missionaries prayed with patients and shared the hope of Christ, inviting families to connect with the local church community.

Another important ministry was the prevention and treatment of jigger (sand flea) infestation. Nearly 900 children attended a lesson on how to protect themselves from this painful parasite. The team personally helped 56 children remove worms and larvae from their feet and hands, gifting them soap and shoes to protect their health.

This day in Bondeni showed what it means to care for both body and soul. It was a testimony that the Gospel is not only spoken—it is lived out in love, compassion, and action.

We are deeply thankful to everyone who makes this ministry possible. Your prayers and support allow the mission Okafrica to continue reaching people in the remote places of Kenya with God’s love. May the Lord bless you abundantly for standing together with us.
