Ukraine 05/15/23
Hello friends, we would like to tell you a little bit about the news in Ukraine.
Arthur from Balta volunteered at our summer projects last year. Recently he was taken to the front to defend Ukraine, we sent him a parcel with 5 medical tourniquets to stop the blood that you bought.
On May 8, he came under heavy fire and two mines exploded near him !!!!!
He received 50 shrapnel in his arms and legs, he was tourniqueted and it saved his life! Arthur and his mother were very grateful for the bars, they saved their lives.
So we continue to help the military and pray for our guys.
Our volunteer center continues its work – every Friday we work with IDPs. We also work with IDP children in the teenage club Happy Time.
In the West of Ukraine, the hospice service is in full swing. In the Hospice premises, a common room was made ideal for the elderly who can move independently.
There are many bedridden people in the hospice who need special care.
In the south of Ukraine, a team is working in Balta. They sent humanitarian aid in the form of food packages (from the Romanian Church Association) to the Union of the Disabled. There are Christian clubs for children and a church has already been opened to receive people.
We want to thank you all for your contribution to Ukraine !!!! It is incredible!
