Hello everyone! Ukraine 🇺🇦 on the line!
Thank God we are alive. We’ve experienced a massive drone attack in our Kirovohrad region, which briefly disrupted our communication and internet. However, this only motivates us more to help people.
This week, the residents of the orphanage in Nova Praga received bread from the Peremoha bakery, a partner of IMOCE mission. The children usually get only black bread because it’s cheaper, so we thank all of you for supporting the Peremoha bread, providing them with delicious white bread for the children.
We continue our work at the volunteer center. For the second week, we’ve been welcoming people from vulnerable populations: the less privileged, the elderly, single mothers, or single parents. They received food, hygiene products, and other essentials.
Lonely elderly people often call us, and those with very difficult circumstances. Elderly individuals are a special category; they are like children who cannot go outside or to the store. We are grateful for all the medical devices we receive. Here is another story: a mother of four whose husband left her. She struggles to make ends meet, and receiving products, diapers, and clothing made her very happy.
We continue to send packages to our defenders, and they send greetings and thanks to all of you. We also serve teenagers and children, running the Happy Time children and teenage clubs. At the club, they engage in art workshops, attend culinary classes, participate in training focus groups, practice vocals, and learn to play keyboards and guitars. The most important thing is that through these social projects, they learn about our Lord.
We are very thankful to all of you for your help and the opportunity to serve. Through your support, God touches people’s lives!
