Embrace: A New Beginning for Street Children in Kenya
In the heart of Kitale, Kenya, hope is no longer just a word—it’s a place. The Embrace Rehabilitation Centre for street children, run by the mission “Okafrica,” is a living testimony that love, prayer, and faithful support can change destinies.
Thanks to everyone who stands behind this ministry—through prayer and finances—the centre is not only open, but full of life. Dozens of children have already been rescued from the streets, given shelter, food, and care. For those who have completed rehabilitation, the team searches for their families, helping reunite them and restore broken homes.
Together with our partners, especially IMOC and Emish Market, the mission is also helping these children return to school. That means covering school fees, uniforms, food, and the many little things that make school possible for a child who once had nothing.
Because of your support, the Embrace Centre continues its work. Children are fed, staff are paid, and outreach to reintegrated children continues—with food, care, and encouragement in every visit.
This ministry is only possible because people like you chose to care.
May the Lord bless you richly—for every child rescued, every home restored, and every act of love sown into the soil of Kenya.
With gratitude,
The Okafrica Mission Team, Kitale, Kenya
