A Month of Shared Service in Kisumu
This month in Kisumu brought a quiet, steady joy as several teams came to serve alongside the local ministries — among them, a team from IMOCE. Their arrival strengthened the hands of those who serve here daily, and reminded many families that God sees them, remembers them, and cares for their needs in practical and tender ways.
Missionary Katya, who serves full-time in Kisumu, shared how this visit became a blessing to the community. Together with the teams, she was able to provide families with food supplies and beds — simple items for many of us, yet for these households they became a tangible expression of God’s love. Each visit opened space for prayer, encouragement, and gentle conversations about walking with God in the midst of daily challenges.
The ministry days were filled with home visits, moments of listening, speaking hope, and blessing each household. Families welcomed the teams with openness, and many expressed how deeply meaningful it was to receive both spiritual and practical support.
This work was made possible thanks to those who support the ministry of IMOCE and Emish Market. Your generosity allows missionaries in Kenya to continue serving faithfully and to bring hope into homes that need it most. We are grateful for every person who stands with this mission and makes such days of grace possible.
