Dear friends,

We are happy to share with you the news from the beginning of April at the Nadiya Children’s Center.

With the arrival of warmer weather, a new season of outdoor activities has begun at our center. The children are enjoying longer walks, fresh air, and joyful games in the sandbox. There is so much happiness in these simple moments, and it is a blessing to see the children smile, play, and feel safe.

During this time, we have also been actively working on improving the territory around the center. Together, we cleaned the yard, trimmed and treated the trees, prepared the soil for planting, and sowed flowers for the apiary. Step by step, everything around us is coming back to life, becoming greener and more beautiful.

A very special event this month was the graduation celebration after the children completed a course of Bible lessons called “The Great Journey of Jesus Christ on Earth.” It was a warm and meaningful moment filled with gratitude, kind words, and joy for the children who completed this important spiritual journey. We pray that the Lord will bless every child, protect them from evil, and call the young generation to serve Him.

This month, we also faced an unusual and difficult situation when we received a report about a possible bomb threat at the center. We thank God that everything ended safely and that it turned out to be a false alarm. We are grateful for God’s protection over the children, staff, and everyone connected with the center.

We continue to dream and pray that the war will soon come to an end, and that one day we will be glad to welcome you here in Ukraine.
