This week at the IMOCE-supported mission in Kenya was filled with the kind of behind-the-scenes work that holds everything together — the work people rarely notice, but everyone relies on.

One of our local team members carried out a long list of maintenance tasks to keep the mission safe and functional. Electrical sockets were repaired, broken toilet seats were replaced, and several small but important fixes were completed throughout the property. Each repair restored light, order, and cleanliness — the simple things that make a place feel whole for the children, families, and teams who gather here every day.

Alongside maintenance, there was also a heavy load of shopping to support a busy week of ministry. With multiple programs happening at once, the mission needed supplies for every department — from materials for the Happy Time outreach to essential items for the extra guests currently staying with us. Every purchase was practical, intentional, and directed toward creating a space where people can experience care, dignity, and the love of God.

All of this becomes possible because there are people who stand with this mission. The quiet work of repairs, the careful stewardship of resources, the preparation for every child and every guest — it happens thanks to those who support the ministry of IMOCE.

We are grateful for each person who makes this service possible. Your generosity sustains real work, in real places, for real people. May God bless you for keeping this mission alive and ready to serve.
