On June 24th, the Okafrica team set out from Kitale toward the Ugandan border — a quiet 45-minute drive that would lead to a day full of life, laughter, and healing.

More than 600 students gathered on school grounds for what became a day they won’t soon forget. With bright eyes and open hearts, they rotated through joy-filled stations — dart games, parachute fun, football, and children’s dances — each moment echoing with the message of God’s love.

But the day didn’t end with play. Side by side with the community, the team ran a free medical clinic. Over 200 patients were seen and treated — men, women, and children who walked from neighboring areas in search of care they rarely have access to.

And for over 50 students, the “Dudu Clinic” offered more than just treatment for parasitic infections. Each child received a bar of soap and their own new pair of shoes — small gifts that carry big dignity in places where feet often go bare.

This mission wasn’t done alone. It was made possible by the support of many hearts — including friends who give through IMOCE and Emish Market. Thank you for making this ministry possible — for helping love look like medicine, joy, and a clean pair of shoes.

Every clinic. Every child. Every prayer. It matters. And we’re grateful.
