2025 ended on the 1407th day of Russia’s full-scale war against Ukraine. Sirens, explosions, destroyed towns and villages, pain and loss became daily reality for millions. These are severe times for the Ukrainian people.

In the midst of this darkness, one light has not gone out. Friends, supporters, IMOCE, and all who stand with the bread ministry in Ukraine have remained present and faithful. Through this support, the Victory Bakery has been baking around the clock for nearly four years. Every day, thousands of loaves leave the bakery and move toward the front line.

This help is not occasional. It is steady, powerful, and lifesaving for people suffering from the war and its consequences. Alongside the distribution of physical bread, God’s Word is proclaimed. “Victory” bread carries more than food. Courageous volunteers, chaplains, and ministers bring faith and hope together with each loaf.

At the end of the year, the danger has not diminished. In the Novhorod-Siverskyi district, volunteers transporting bread came under fire. Villages such as Chaikyne, Karabany, Poliushkyne, Arshuky, and Kostobobriv remain under constant shelling. One volunteer was taken to hospital; another had to distribute the bread quickly because staying was unsafe. There are no photos from that day. There was no time. But the people received bread.

The bread ministry must continue in 2026. This service depends on continued support.

With gratitude and respect to all who stand with Ukraine and with this mission, and with appreciation for the leadership and faithfulness of Anatoliy Kolomiyets.
