Sasha serves full-time with Mission Assistance in Kisumu, Kenya, continuing daily ministry among youth and families in the community. Recent weeks have been marked by both joy and responsibility, as the team has remained present in moments of need while preparing for upcoming seasonal outreach.

A significant part of this time has been devoted to caring for Collins, who is currently undergoing medical treatment in the hospital. Alongside hospital visits and ongoing first aid support, the team also celebrated his birthday — a simple but meaningful reminder of care, dignity, and shared life during a difficult season.

In parallel with this, preparations are underway for Christmas events and gift distributions for the community. These efforts are focused on ensuring that the upcoming celebrations are well organized and attentive to the real needs of those who will take part.

Over the past weeks, Mission Assistance also hosted a youth conference in Kisumu. The conference was held under the theme “Radical, Rooted in Christ Youth” and brought together young people for teaching, fellowship, and spiritual encouragement. The time was marked by openness, reflection, and a strong focus on grounding faith in everyday life.

This ongoing ministry in Kisumu is made possible through the faithful support of those who stand behind the work through IMOCE. Their generosity allows missionaries to remain present, consistent, and attentive — both in moments of celebration and in times of challenge.
