Bread and Hope in the Midst of Night: 1,000 Souls Reached in Chernihiv
The past night in Kyiv was terrifying. Air raids, explosions, the cold breath of war. Yet even in the darkest hours, God continues to open doors—and hearts.
This week, a team of Ukrainian believers traveled to Chernihiv to share the Gospel with hurting people across 22 different locations. Their message was simple, yet profound: “Whoever does the will of My Father in heaven is My brother and sister and mother.” (Matthew 12:50)
They preached, sang songs of hope, prayed with people, and gave thanks for each new day—because each day is a gift when your country is at war.
Over 1,000 people received freshly baked loaves of “Peremoha” (Victory) bread, a symbol of both physical nourishment and spiritual encouragement. This bread was offered alongside the Word of God, reminding people that even when cities are trembling, His Kingdom stands firm.
We are deeply grateful to everyone who makes this ministry possible. Despite missile strikes, grief, and sleepless nights, the work continues—because your faithful support sustains it.
