Greetings from Ukraine!

By God’s grace, we are alive, though we face daily rocket attacks. We continue to move forward, supporting one another and serving those who need help the most.

Ministry to Children through the “Children of Victory” Program

Today, we held a special meeting with children who have lost their parents due to the war. These children are now without their fathers, who gave their lives defending Ukraine. Through this project, we have the opportunity to share God’s love and offer hope to those who desperately need it.

Unfortunately, many of these children have lost their faith in goodness due to the war and the loss of their loved ones. We ask for your prayers for them and want to express our deep gratitude to the families who are taking these children in, offering them love and care.

Psychological Support and Rehabilitation

In cooperation with the city council, we provide psychological support at the children’s center. We conduct counseling sessions and art therapy for children who have witnessed the horrors of war.

Here are a few stories that reflect the pain these children carry in their hearts:

  • Milan, 12 years old.
She has five siblings. In 2022, during a shelling, she witnessed her father’s death. After the tragedy, they spent several days in a basement, and Milan woke up to a rat jumping on her. She now suffers from severe psychological trauma, fears air raid sirens, and has panic attacks.

  • Iryna.
A girl whose parents both serve in the Ukrainian Armed Forces. She lives with her grandmother and only sees her parents once every six months. Recently, her father was severely injured. Every day, she prays for God to protect her parents’ lives.

  • Artem, 10 years old.
He survived an artillery bombardment, after which his family relocated to Alexandria. His parents divorced, leaving him alone with his emotional scars.

  • Pavlus, 5 years old.
His grandfather was killed in the war, and since then, the child has shown uncontrollable aggression. His desire is to “destroy all enemies.”

We listen to each child, comfort them, give them hope, and offer our help.

Supporting Our Defenders and Those in Need

We continue to support our defenders by sending them essential supplies. We also sent thermal mugs to the children’s home and diapers for bedridden patients.

We are deeply grateful to all who help, pray for Ukraine, and support our efforts. Your support allows us to serve those who need it most.

Thank you, God, for each one of you!
