This past week, the missionaries of Okafrica continued their faithful service among communities in Kitale, Kenya, carrying out medical outreach and Kids Evangelism programs made possible through the generosity of those who support the ministry of IMOCE.

The team served in two locations — Gitwamba PEFA Church and Suam Primary School — where hundreds of people received care, dignity, and the message of Christ’s love.
At Gitwamba, 26 individuals suffering from jiggers were treated and fully relieved from the painful condition. Another 400 people attended the medical clinic, receiving consultation, treatment, and much-needed support. The children gathered for a joyful Kids Evangelism program, where they listened to the Gospel and experienced genuine care from the team.

On the 24th, the ministry continued at Suam Primary School. Here, 86 more people received jigger removal treatment, and 356 were attended to in the medical clinic. The children also took part in the evangelistic program, hearing words of hope — for many of them, for the first time in their lives.

This week reflected the heart of the Gospel in action: healing for the body, encouragement for the soul, and the light of Christ shared openly and gently.

The missionaries expressed deep gratitude to everyone who supports this ministry. Thanks to people who give through IMOCE, and to the partnership with Emish Market, entire communities are receiving help they could not afford on their own.

May these seeds of compassion continue to bear fruit across Kenya
