War in Ukraine 17.04

Congratulations to you friends, Saturday is a day when Ukraine testifies to work, to God’s miracles, to God’s love, especially at this difficult time for Ukraine🇺🇦, and we want to thank you all from the bottom of our hearts for your support! We continue to serve and our teams in Alexandria, Berdichev, Slovyansk, and Balta work 24/7, helping people and preaching the word of God.

Balta, this is the Odesa region, there are also many refugees who need help. Many families visited by our team received a letter about the death of relatives from the war …… The Baltic team is trying to help and comfort people. Some have lost a father, some a son, some a brother, but this is a grief for all our Ukrainian people.

The team from Berdichev is actively working, evacuating people, and delivering humanitarian aid. This week they visited Gospomel and Kyiv. Our coordinator, Pastor Yuriy Cherevatenko, stayed in Sloviansk, he and his team organized the evacuation of more than 3,000 people, he has already evacuated the team itself, and he and several chaplains stayed to serve those who did not want to leave.

The Alexandria team continues to receive refugees in transit through our city. Also, thank God, we were able to buy a large water tank for the residents of Toretsk because there is no water supply in this city now, now the church can collect spring water and distribute it to people.

In Alexandria, our mission publishes food packages for refugees at two points. Special thanks for the cargo we received!!!! This is a very important load – diapers, medicines, baby food! We have already started handing it all out, people are very grateful to accept it!

Unfortunately, the disaster did not pass and in our city, rockets have already arrived. Many were killed and many wounded, and people began to leave Alexandria, so we understand that we need to work even harder with people to help.

Thank you all for your support and finances, thank you for your prayers!!! We hold on with God’s help!
